One is for playing Solitaire when I feel like it, and the other is a honeypot for scammers to log in when they phone me with _"Your Windows has viruses and hackers in it!"_ . I've pre-loaded the honeypot with gai Indian p0rrn and some real viruses, so they aren't wrong.

I just got it in the mail today I got it in black

I have a Mac Blue and White G3 with maxed out RAM (1GB ) and an 80GB hard drive. I am trying to install FreeBSD 13.2. The installation seems to go fine all the way to spitting the DVD out and asking me to restart the computer. When I do that FreeBSD refuses to boot from the hard drive. Apparently the particular partition with the boot software needs to be designated somehow. The only issue I see when installing is that it doesn't recognize the networking hardware and so doesn't install iP4 nor iP6 software. I assumed I could do that after rebooting. I am stuck. After using and installing various distros of Linux I am spoiled. By the way, I can install Lubuntu 16.04 fine so I know the computer is in good working order. But that is out of date and uses more RAM so I want FreeBSD instead. Adelie Linux would be good, but it doesn't support the Radeon 128 video card.

how do we report youtube for bullying ?

UA-cam's content moderation system is literally run by AI which is out of control, and that's probably why your video got taken down. On Google Help, there are even some people who reported that their accounts were terminated for no reason.

I am hearing "seeerveeers" argument a lot. But statistically even on servers the linux is minority.

Linux is superior in my opinion to Windows and Mac. That said, I bought an M4 Mac Mini for specific purposes like backing up iPhones, Logic Pro, 3D printing and design apps, etc.

I wonder if releasing your app/games through Steam would require notarization from Apple. All my Steam games that are available on MacOS seems to just runs fine as soon as I press that green play button, no extra dialogue appearing.

possible to run a (linux) package does not mean usable. Take Zoom. If you use a package for another distro with some libraries not exactly compatible it tends to crash ending your Zoom session

You can’t stop 🛑 your modem or router from upgrading the wifi because otherwise you’ll end up with disconnections for the rest of your life so you have to upgrade to stay connected to the wifi internet 🛜

I don't want to learn the BSD shell language when bash is so much nicer and more intuitive. Also, I think your explanation of the GPL is a little misleading. The GPL says if you fork GPL code, you have to release it under a compatible license, i.e., release the source code. There's no reason why you can't use proprietary code alongside it. This is a common misconception.

What kind of boot times are you getting? My T530 with a 128 GB SSD averages 11.8 to 12.2 seconds.

Here's the truth that the average Linux sycophant is either too young to remember or too delusional to acknowledge; Linux is often used simply because it is free, not because it is good. I left for California on 1993 and I’m 1995 I had to close my company. Because of the high crime rate. But most of the employees was Transferred and the ones that did. It want to transfer received a 1 year servants package

It use to be very dangerous, for many years when GM closed lot of the plants. I worked for the City of flint and I seen the crime rates and all the other bad stuff. For many years Flint was number one list for most Dangerous
